5.第五句指出中国教育的一个趋势。本句相对较长，翻译之前需理清句内逻辑关系。句首的“由于改革开放”为原因状语，可译为Due to/Because of/Owing to the reform and opening up。句中的“越来越多的家长”可译为more and more/an increasing number of parents。句末的“以拓宽其视野”为目的状语，可译为(in order)to broaden/expand their horizons。
6.第六句的句首“通过这些努力”为方式状语，可以译为Through these efforts。“健康成长”和“为……作出贡献”并列作“期望”的宾语，译成英文时可以处理成并列的结构grow healthily and contribute to...。
