Directions: In this section, you will hear two long conversations. At the end of each conversation, you will hear four questions.     2．翻译第二句时可以采用现在进行时。“更加注重”可译为are placing greater emphasis on；“以更好地满足人们的需求”为目的状语，故可以译为to better meet the needs of the people，还可以译为to better cater to the needs of the public。

    3．第三句较长，在翻译时按顺序翻译即可。

    4．第四句较长，翻译时需要注意各分句间的逻辑关系。可以将“政府……随处可见”译为主句，后两个分句可以像参考译文那样，处理为非限制性定语从句，也可以处理为现在分词结构作伴随状语，即可译为greatly enhancing the conditions of people's outdoor activities and contributing to the overall aesthetics of the cities。
