Part Ⅱ Listening Comprehension

Section A

Directions: In this section, you will hear two long conversations. At the end of each conversation, you will hear four questions. Both the conversation and the questions will be spoken only once. After you hear a question, you must choose the best answer from the four choices marked A, B, C and D. Then mark the corresponding letter on Answer Sheet 1 with a sin ……此处隐藏96382个字…… support of...)，还可以用分词作状语：从逻辑上看，“体育馆”是“被(政府资金)支持”，所以用过去分词，译为Supported by government funding。

    4.第5句可以看作第4句所述事实的一个例证，或是对“现代信息技术”的补充说明。有两种译法，一是用连词for或as引导原因状语从句(在这里表示原因但并不说明主句行为发生的直接原因，只提供一些辅助性的补充说明)：A lot of gyms have significantly improved their service by applying modem information technology, for people can book sporting fields and make payments online conveniently.另一种译法是用which/that引导定语从句，见参考译文。

    5.第6句“可以预见……”处理为“It can be predicted that+从句”。“随着……”可以用with结构或as引导的状语从句表示。两者的区别在于with后接名词(短语)，而as后面需要接句子。参考译文采用的是with结构。如果用as引导从句则是as sports facilities keep improving。
